We are looking to IMMEDIATELY hire a Customer Service Representative for a
Telecommunications company providing Internet/VoIP for residents and

businesses throughout the local communties.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and through email.

• Answering questions about services we offer.

• Scheduling installations and discos.

• Create a trouble ticket for service experiencing issues.

• Assist customers in attempting to troubleshoot issues.

• If needed, schedule a service call for field techs.

• Monitor orders to ensure full workflow has been completed.

• Follow up with field techs when installations are not completed.

• Route calls to appropriate departments.

• Assist in projects as director by supervisor.

Compensation

• Good work ethic and able to work independently and with minimum
  supervision.

• High school diploma, GED.

• *Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and Internet
